Ryan Marshall
London based songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Ryan Marshall was almost born with a guitar in his hands. Inspired by his father’s record collection, the sounds of Hendrix, Clapton and Santana captured his imagination from an early age. An improviser at heart, guitar remains the focal point of his music. Ryan and his band continue the power blues format, fusing blues, rock and jazz. Each musician shares centre stage as an equal, where anything and everything is open to interpretation at each unique performance. As Hype magazine put it: “If you thought you understood what guitar playing was, you need to take a moment to watch and seriously reconsider.”
